NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date and Release All Available Funds From the Court Registry entered September 10, 2020 and Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2020 and entered in Case No.: 20-1809-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF CLEARWATER, a municipal corporation, is the Plaintiff and MICHELLE L. LAMONTAGNE is the Defendant. Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinelas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on October 21, 2020 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 66, SUNSET LAKE MANOR, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 57, page 4, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida

Commonly referred to as 1766 Murray Ave., Clearwater, FL 33755
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
