NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date dated August 24, 2020 and Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2020 and entered in 13-011514-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE TERWIN ASSET-BACKED SECURITIES SERIES 2007-QHL1 is the Plaintiff and TAMMY L. COOK; CHRISTOPHER COOK are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke, CPA as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 14, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
