NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment or Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 9, 2020, and Order Establishing Foreclosure Sale Date in Accordance with Court's Order on September 9, 2020 dated September 15, 2020, entered in Case No.: 18-000696-CA of the Twentieth Circuit Court in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE LODGE SERIES III TRUST is the Plaintiff, and HAMILTON STAPLES A/K/A HAMILTON J. STAPLES, KIMBERLY H. WOOD-STAPLES A/K/A KIMBERLY WOODS-STAPLES, D.E. FOELLER SALES, INC., ENGLEWOOD BANK & TRUST A/K/A ENGLEWOOD BANK, JOSEPH PALMERONE, PREFAB CITY, INC., A NEW YORK CORPORATION, ROTONDA WEST ASSOCIATION, INC., SYSCO WEST COAST FLORIDA, INC., TAYLOR'S WAY, LLC, A NEW YORK LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, and THE ROTONDA MEADOWS/VILLAS CONSERVATION ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, ROGER D. EATON, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. EST on November 16, 2020, the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
