NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 9, 2020 in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 26th day of October, 2020 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:
Beginning at the most Northwesterly corner of Lot 11, Oaklea Subdivision, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 3 of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida; thence S. 89 degrees 45 minutes 7 seconds East along the North line of said Lot 11, a distance of 570.00 feet; thence S. 00 degrees 29 minutes 28 seconds West along the East line of said Lot 11, a distance of 210 feet; thence N. 89 degrees 45 minutes 7 seconds West along the South line of said Lot 11, a distance of 179.54 feet; thence N. 00 degrees 29 minutes 28 seconds East, a distance of 195.00 feet; thence N. 89 degrees 45 minutes 7 seconds West, a distance of 390.46 feet; thence N. 00 degrees 29 minutes 28 seconds East along the West line of said Lot 11, a distance of 15.00 feet to the point of beginning.
