NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2020 and an Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 18, 2020, entered in Civil Case No.: 19000227CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and MATTHEW C. HINTON; SANDRA L. HINTON; BONAFIDE PROPERTIES, LLC AS TRUSTEE ONLY, UNDER 17263 ASMARA CT LAND TRUST; CHARLOTTE COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; BURNT STORE LAKES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 6th day of January, 2021, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 954, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 21, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 1A THRU 1-Z-21, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
