Lot 6, Block 76, ROTONDA MEADOWS, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10, Pages 15A thru 15Z18, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, FL
Commonly Known As: 45 Wren Drive, Placida, Florida 33946
AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action for interpleader on the above-described real property has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on ERNEST W. STURGES, JR., ESQ., GOLDMAN, TISEO & STURGES P.A., 701 JC Center Court, Suite 3, Port Charlotte, FL 33954, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before October 28th, 2020; otherwise, a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
