Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 11, 2020, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida described as:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, VIZ: THE WEST 1/2 OF THE WEST 20 ACRES OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, LESS THE NORTH 1188.25 FEET THEREOF AND LESS ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY. SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS-EGRESS PURPOSES ACROSS THE NORTH 30.0 FEET.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1985 SUN - VISTA MOBILE HOME, VIN(S) GDOCFL488410991A AND GDOCFL488410991B
and commonly known as: 2707 WALKER ROAD, LAKELAND, FL 33810; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on October 13, 2020 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
