NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 31, 2020, and entered in Case No. 53-2019-CA-003126 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust , is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Juan Rosa , deceased, United States of America acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, Poinciana Village Three Association, Inc., Association of Poinciana Villages, Inc., Hector Torres, Juan Manuel Rosa a/k/a Juan M. Rosa Sanchez, Iris Rosa, Maria E. Sanchez, Jaime Sanchez, Polk County, Clerk of the Circuit Court, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the October 15, 2020 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
