NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale and Amending Summary Final Judgment, entered on July 25, 2019, the Joint Stipulation to reschedule Foreclosure Sale, filed on July 29, 2020, and the Amended Notice of Sale, dated August 19, 2020, in 18-CA-003160 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein GEORGE A. SCRIBANO is the Plaintiff and PJR INVESTMENT HOLDINGS INC., JOHN E. HATHAWAY, MARY ROSE HATHAWAY, AND CACV OF COLORADO, LLC are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on November 5, 2020, bidding begins at 10 a.m. Eastern Time on www.polk.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Order, Joint Stipulation, and Amended Notice, per Administrative Order No. 3-15.16, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed, pursuant to Fla. Stat. 45.032.
