NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 14, 2020 in the above action, the Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Polk, Florida, on October 29, 2020, at 10:00 AM, at www.polk.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
Lots 23, 24 and 25, in Block 6, according to the plat of Revised Township of Hesperides, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 32, Public Records of Polk County, Florida, being a part of U. S. Lot 4 (fractional SW 1/4 of SW 1/4) and a part of the W 1/2 of U.S. Lot 3 (W1/2 of SE 1/4 of SW 1/4) of Section 7, Township 30 South, Range 29 East;
AND ALSO
That part or portion of Lot 5, in Block 7, according to the Plat of Revised Townsite of Hesperides, Florida, described as follows: Beginning at a point 74.5 feet East of the Westerly corner of said Lot 5 and running East along the South line of said Lot for a distance of 25 feet. to a point, then running North on a line parallel to the East line of said Lot 5 to a point in the North line of said lot, then running SW along the North line of said lot to a point North of the Point of Beginning, then running South on a line parallel to the East line of said lot to the Point of Beginning
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
