NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of May, 2020, and entered in Case No. 2020-CA-0325, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BONNIE J. MORLEY and WILLIAM C. MORLEY, as co-trustees of the Bonnie J. Morley Revocable Trust, u/d/t dated September 16, 2011 are the Plaintiffs, and LIZ MONICA MENKE and· TWINEAGLES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a not-for-profit corporation are the Defendants, the Clerk, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 3rd Floor Lobby,Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 8th day of October, 2020, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 33, Block C, TWINEAGLES PHASE ONE, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 78, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
