Notice is given that pursuant to a Final Judgment filed the 9 day of September, 2020, in Case No. .2019CA002073 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which EVERGLADES AIRBOAT RESORTS, LLC is the Defendant, I will sell to the best bidder for cash at the COLLIER COUNTY COURT HOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY GOVERNMENT COMPLEX, 3RD FLOOR, LOBBY, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL E., NAPLES, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 8TH day of October, 2020, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment:
SEE EXHIBIT A
Begin on the West right of way line of SR 29 at its intersection with the North line of the SW ¼ of the NE¼ of Section 11, Township 53 South, Range 29 East (North City limit line of the City of Everglades); thence northwardly, along the West light of way line of SR 29, 100 feet, more or less, to a canal; thence southwestwardly along said canal 150 feet, more or less, to the North line of the SW¼ of the NE 1/4 of said Section 11; thence West along said North line 170 feet, more or less, to the North-South center line of said Section 11, said North-South center line also being 300 feet west, measured at right angles, from the center line of the roadbed of Grantor's former track between Sunniland and the City of Everglades; thence South, along the North-South center line of said Section 11, 740 feet, more or less, to a property-comer in Grantor's property as described in deed from Deep Lake Railroad Company to the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company dated December 8, 1928, recorded in Deed Book 6, Page 67, Public Records of Collier County; thence East, at right angles from the North-South center line of said Section 11, 150 feet, more or less, to the West right of way line of said SR 29, thence northwardly along the West right of way line of said SR 29, 760 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning; also, beginning on the East right of way line of said SR 29, at its intersection with the North line of the Barron River; thence eastwardly along the North line of said River 90 feet, more or less, to a point 50 feet east, measured at right angles, from the center line of the roadbed or former trestle of Grantor's main line track between Sunniland and the City of Everglades; thence northwardly, parallel with the center line of said roadbed, 710 feet, more or less, to the East right of way line of said SR 29; thence southwardly, along the East right of way line of said SR 29, 700 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning; LESS AND EXCEPT therefrom a 60-foot wide strip of land as described and conveyed by Granter to the City of Everglades by deed dated January 4, 1972.
