Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on October 8, 2020, at Eleven o' clock, a.m. in the Collier County Courthouse, 5th Floor Jury Room, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit No. 203 of the Moorings of Marco, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1365, Page 425, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Property Address: 1041 Swallow Avenue, Unit 203, Marco Island, Florida 34145
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered in a case pending in said Court, the above-styled cause.
