NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2020, and entered in 2019CA0034610001XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and MANUEL ORTIZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MANUEL ORTIZ; DELASOL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Crystal K. Kinzel as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on October 08, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
