NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 21st day of July, 2020, in Civil Action No. 2020-CA-161, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which JACK LENTZ and EDWARD KRAWCZYK, as Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of Susan Reicherter and UNKNOWN TENANTS, are the Defendants, and SHERWOOD VI, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 8 day of October, 2020, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Unit 101, Building 55, SHERWOOD VI, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 3231, Pages 2462, et seq., and subsequent amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
TOGETHER with the exclusive right to use Parking Garage #G-101, Building 55, according to said Declaration of Condominium.
