Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 25, 2020, in Case No. 2018-CC-009937, of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which WATERLEAF OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and CHRISTIAN OSCAR LOPEZ RODRIGUEZ, and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on October 23, 2020, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 3, in block 9, of WATERLEAF PHASE 3A, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 124, Page 48, of the Public Records of Hillsborough, Florida with street address of: 11908 Frost Aster Drive, Riverview, FL 33579.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
