has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Robert J. Stanz, Esq. at ROBERT J. STANZ, P.A., 5121 S. Lakeland Dr., Suite 2, Lakeland, FL 33813 on or before October 27th, 2020 or within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the BUSINESS OBSERVER, 3902 Henderson Blvd., Suite 208, Tampa, FL 33629 and file the original with the Clerk of Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
