NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order to Release Funds in the Court Registry and to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on June 30, 2020, by the above entitled Court in the above styled cause, the Clerk of Court or any duly authorized deputy, will sell the
property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
Lot 15, Block 5, HIDDEN CREEK AT WEST LAKE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 115, Page 227, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
to the highest and best bidder for cash on October 26, 2020, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M., subject to all ad valorem taxes and assessments for the real property described above.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
