Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 27, 2020, in Case No. 20-CA-001320 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which SERENO OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and DIANE JEANETTE AGLE and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION N/K/A GRANT AGLE are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on September 29, 2020, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Lot 30, in Block 4, of DG FARMS PHASE 2B, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 124, Page 145, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
