NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order granting Final Judgment of Foreclosure and directing the Subject Property be sold at Auction dated September 11, 2020, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-8691, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, FLORIDA CAPITAL ASSETS, LLC is the Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER CECIL HUMPHRIES, THE ESTATE OF CHRISTOPHER CECIL HUMPHRIES, and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER CECIL HUMPHRIES n/k/a KELLY HUMPHRIES are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of October, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Order, to wit:
LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK “B”, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS GRAMAC, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK NINE (9), PAGE FIFTY (50).
