NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit L, Building 3400, CRYSTAL LAKE CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium in O. R. Book 5862, Page 737 through 770, inclusive, and second amendment to Declaration in O.R. Book 5878, Page 1672, and re-recorded in O.R. Box 5891, Page 1877, and according to Condominium Plat Book 80, Pages 5 through 7, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 3400 Crystal Court W., #L, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34685.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 5, 2020.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
