NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2020, and entered in 19-006702-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BARBARA M. SHADE A/K/A BARBARA MARION SHADE, DECEASED; SUN KETCH TOWNHOMES AT CYPRESS LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MELISSA J. BROCK; MICHAEL SHADE; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MATTHEW T.
