CITY OF DUNEDIN Miscellaneous Structural Engineering & Surveying Consulting Services RFQ 20-1168
The City of Dunedin is adding to its Division 7: Miscellaneous Services contract and thus is soliciting qualifications submittals from firms (the “Consultant”) qualified to provide structural engineering consulting services, and surveying services. The Consultant's services may include, but not be limited to, design, surveys, reviews, construction specifications, inspections, and permitting in assisting the City to accomplish its project related goals. As part of the award of this contract, the City will be selecting one or two firms to complete a topographic survey and subsurface utility exploration of the Lofty Pine Estates subdivision (Attachment 1). Firms will be working on an as-needed basis. This contract does not guarantee that Consultants selected will receive any work.
The Request for Qualifications (the “RFQ”) document may be obtained by picking it up at the address below, downloading it from www.demandstar.com, or emailing your request to [email protected].

Responses to this RFQ shall be submitted in a sealed envelope (please submit one original, one USB copy, and five (5) bound copies), clearly identified as:

Submittals are due no later than the time and date noted above. Any submittal received after that time and date may not be opened. Any individual requiring special assistance must notify the Purchasing Office in writing 48 hours in advance so that arrangements can be made.
