NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 22, BLK 1, MANNING OAKS, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 124, Page 80 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 1528 Canopy Oaks Boulevard, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34683.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 30, 2020.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
