NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Unit B, Building 4010, of GARDENS OF BEACON SQUARE CONDOMINIUM #4B, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 704, Page 124, and all subsequent amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 4127 Stratford Drive, New Port Richey, Florida, 34652.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco. realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on October 29, 2020.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
