An action for dissolution of marriage has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to MARK HOUCK, c/o GRIGALTCHIK & GALUSTOV, P.A., 6114 GAZEBO PARK PLACE SOUTH, SUITE 103, JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA 32257, on or before 10-26-2020, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court, located at 501 WEST ADAMS STREET, JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA 32202, before service on the Wife or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the office of the Clerk of the Court, and you may review such documents upon request. You must keep the office of the Clerk of the Court notified of your curreut address, and you may file a Notice of Current Address, Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Form 12,915, for such purpose. Future papers in the instant action will be mailed to the address on record at the office of the Clerk of the Court.
