NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 482018CA011548A001OX of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Banc of America Funding 2008-FT1 Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2008-FT1 is the Plaintiff and Akeem A. Lala; Unknown Spouse of Akeem A. Lala; The Meadows at Boggy Creek Homeowners Association, Inc.; Mubo A. Lala a/k/a Mubo Aderonke Lala; Unknown Spouse of Mubo A. Lala a/k/a Mubo Aderonke Lala are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00AM on the 12th day of October, 2020, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 176, THE MEADOWS AT BOGGY CREEK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 75 THROUGH 78, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
