YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title and determine beneficiaries regarding real property in Charlotte County, Florida, which has a physical address of 1865 Morning Dove Lane, Englewood, Florida 34224, and is described as follows:
Lot 30, Block B, BREEZEWOOD MANOR, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 12, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiffs' Attorney, David L. Boyette, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before April 29th, 2021 or within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Verified Complaint to Quiet Title and to Determine Beneficiaries.
