Final Judgment was awarded on March 12, 2021 in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-003491WS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF NOMURA HOME EQUITY HOME LOAN, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENFICIARIES, DEVISEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST OF THE ESTATE OF MARY ANN O'CONNOR, DECEASED; THE ESTATE OF MARY ANN O'CONNOR, DECEASED; AMERICAN GENERAL HOME EQUITY, INC. D/B/A SPRINGLEAF HOME EQUITY, INC.; DEBORAH ANN MCKINNEY F/K/A DEBORAH ANN FLUKE; PATRICIA TARANN HARRISON A/K/A PATRICIA TARA ANN HARRISON-KELLY; SHANE KELLY, A MINOR IN THE CARE AND CUSTODY OF PATRICIA TARANN HARRISON A/K/A PATRICIA TARA ANN HARRISON are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on April 20, 2021 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 582, CREST RIDGE GARDENS-UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 113, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
