CITY OF NEW PORT RICHEY, hereby gives notice of the filing of an action for foreclosure of the following described property in Pasco County, Florida:
Lot 1, Block 11, CITY OF NEW PORT RICHEY, FLORIDA
according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 49, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
The action was filed in the above-named court on December 10, 2020, and anyone claiming an interest in the above-described property must submit a claim for the same by filing it with the Clerk of the above named court and serving a copy thereof on the attorney for Plaintiff, Timothy P. Driscoll, Esq. at 146 Second Street North, Suite 310, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, with email to [email protected] no later than thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
