NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Lot 15, VILLA DEL RIO UNIT 1, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 5, of the Public Records of Pasco, County, Florida. With the following street address: 3949 Del Rio Avenue, New Port Richey, Florida, 34655.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on May 27, 2021.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
