NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment was awarded on March 16, 2021, in Civil Case No. 112020CA0025340001XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF MFRA TRUST 2015-2 is the Plaintiff, and ANTON SEISS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTON SEISS; TERRACE I AT TREVISO BAY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TREVISO BAY GOLF CLUB, INC.; TREVISO BAY PROPERTY OWNERS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Crystal K. Kinzel will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on April 15, 2021 at 11:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 213, BUILDING 2, PHASE 2 OF TERRACE I AT TREVISO BAY, A PHASE CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4847, PAGE 848, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
