Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on March 3, 2020, the Clerk of the Court will sell the real property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
Lot 59, Block 1, WYNDGATE Subdivision, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 90, Page 6, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 1542 McCrea Drive Lutz, FL 33549.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for CASH, such sale to be held online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on May 6, 2021. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
