NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 29, 2021, in Case No. 12-CA-006080 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust National Association, Not In Its Individual Capacity But Solely As Owner Trustee For Carisbrook Asset Holding Trust, is Plaintiff, and Jason M. Dekle A/K/A Jason Dekle; Jennifer S. Dekle A/K/A Jennifer Dekle; Easton Park Homeowners' Association of New Tampa, Inc. and Mobley Homes Florida, LLC, are Defendants, the Office of Cindy Stuart, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 10:00 A.M. on-line at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the 28th day of April, 2021, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
