Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 23 day of March, 2021, and entered in case No. 20-CC-004897 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WESTMINSTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and CRAIG WALLIS, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE EDWIN B. WALLIS, JR. TRUST u/a DATED 7-10-13, The Unknown Spouse of Craig Wallis now known as DOLORES WALLIS, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, and THE SOMERSET AT WESTMINSTER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of April, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit A-104, THE SOMERSET AT WESTMINSTER, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in O.R. Book 2778, Page 3853, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
