NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Damages dated March 25, 2021, and entered in Case No. 2020-CA-004827 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein Neustein Law Group, P.A.., is Plaintiff, and Teresa A. Linares and Lineras Investment, LLC, are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 AM www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statute, on the 28th day of April, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7, Block 18, Units 1 and 2, Section 1, Township 45 South, Range 26 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the plat thereof, Recorded in Plat Book 26, at Page 169, of the Public Records of Lee County

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than the date that the clerk reports the funds as unclaimed. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
