ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-76 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-76 is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CHRISTOPHER M. GAETA A/K/A CHRISTOPHER GAETA, DECEASED; BRIDGETT E. GAETA A/K/A BRIDGET E. LOT 21, BLOCK 2, PINE GLEN AT THREE OAKS UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 51 THROUGH 53, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
