NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2018 and Order Resetting Sale dated February 22, 2021, and entered in Case No. 17-00330-CI of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY M. TICE; JENNIFER L.TICE; NANA D. HENDRICKS A/K/A NANA HENDRICKS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) whose name is fictitious to account for parties in possession, are Defendant(s), Ken Burke, CPA, Clerk of Court on will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on April 7, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. on at on the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
