This shall serve as Notice of Trust of The Thomas P. and Faye K. Vlahos Revocable Living Trust u/t/d 9/18/07. The above referenced Decedent was Grantor of the captioned Trust. Decedent's date of death was January 16, 2021. No administration has been filed for the Decedent's estate. The names and addresses of the Trustee and the trustee's attorney are set forth below.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
Any interested person upon whom this notice is served who intends to challenge the validity of the Trust, the qualifications of the Trustee, venue, or jurisdiction of the court, and all persons having claims against this estate who are served with a copy of this notice, are required to the Trustee or his attorney with such objection or claim within the later of three months after the date of the first publication of this notice or thirty days after the date of service of a copy of this notice on that person.
Persons having claims against the estate who are not known to the Trustee and whose names or addresses are not reasonably ascertainable, must file all claims against the estate within three months after the date of the first publication of this notice.
All Claims And Objections Not So Filed Forever Barred.
