LOT 5, BLOCK G, MONTEREY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
