FAVORITE, DECEASED; CITIBANK, N.A. F/K/A CITIBANK [USA], N.A.; RUSS RAZZANI; DEBRA MUMM; and ROXANNE RAZZANI-ELLIS.
These proceedings were initiated in the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Orange County, FL, Wilmington Savings Fund Society, etc. v. Helen Favorite, et al., Case No. 2017-CA-4834-O.
The real property at issue in this action is described as follows: LOT 107, THE PALMS, SECTION TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 98, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
