NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure rendered on March 31, 2021 in Case No. 20-0896-CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Innova Investment Group, LLC is the Plaintiff and Tyona E. Vallejo, Charlotte County and Martin Septic Service, Inc. are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court for Charlotte County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on May 10, 2021, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 21, Block 797, Port Charlotte Subdivision Section 27, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 20A, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
