NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2021, and entered in Case No. 2020CA002120AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which VENTUS PROPERTIES, LLC, is the Plaintiff and MARY COLLANDRA; VILLAGE WEST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; LESLIE TELFORD P.A., F/K/A KLAUS & TELFORD, P.A., are defendants, Angelina Colonneso, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.manatee.realforeclose.com. in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00 am on the 29th day of April, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
