NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 25, 2021 in Civil Case No. 53-2020-CA-003544 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Bartow, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING is Plaintiff and STEVEN T SNELL A/K/A S.T. SNELL, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, STACY BUTTERFIELD, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28th day of April 2021 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit Number 304 from the condominium plat of THE HAWAIIAN, a Condominium according to Condominium Plat Book 4, Pages 29, 30, 31 and 32, Public Records of Polk County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium January 6, 1980, in Official Record Book 1921, Pages 1260 through 1310, inclusive, as Clerk`s Instrument No. 191992, as amended by Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium filed April 4, 1980, in Official Record Book 1936, pages 2083 through 2089, inclusive as Clerk`s Instrument No. 214303, Public Records of Polk County, Florida, together with an undivided 3.5% share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
