NONE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 25, 2021 entered in Civil Case No. 2020-CA- 3149 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Lobby, Third Floor Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida at 11:00 a.m. on the 22 day of April, 2021, the following described property a set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Boat Slip #49 POWER BOAT SQUADRON MARINA, a Commercial Condominium, as more fully shown in Official Records Book 1962, Page 95, Public Records of Collier County.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
