NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2019-CA-001409 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein TruHome Solutions, LLC, Plaintiff and John Michael McCarthy a/k/a John M. McCarthy are defendant(s), et al, I, Clerk of Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on April 22, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 37, RIVIERA COLONY GOLF ESTATES-UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 109 THROUGH 113, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED HOME, YEAR: 1978, MAKE: FLEETWOOD/BARRINGTON, VIN#: FLFL2A845331735 AND VIN#: FLFL2B845331735.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
