NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien, which is dated December 30, 2020, and was recorded January 12, 2021, in the Official Records of Sarasota County, Florida, as Instrument Number 2021005034, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at GULF TIDES OF LONGBOAT KEY RESORT Manager's Office, 3008 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Longboat Key, FL 34228 on the 4th day of MAY, 2021, at 11:30 a.m., the following described real property located in Sarasota County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit Numbers and Week Numbers as set forth below in GULF TIDES OF LONGBOAT KEY, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1446, Page 429, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, and as per the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 17, Page 7 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida together with an undivided share in the common elements thereto:
