NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8, 2021, entered in Case No. 11-CA-003035 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE CHALET SERIES IV TRUST, as Assignee of the Plaintiff, MTGLQ INVESTORS. L.P is the Plaintiff and BEVERLY LANGHORNE A/K/A BEVERLY A. LANGHORNE, AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, CINDY STUART, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at public sale on JULY 7, 2021 at 10:00 AM electronically online at the following website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following-described real property as set forth in said Amended Uniform Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
