NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 24, 2021, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-003378 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE FOR TRUMAN 2016 SC6 TITLE TRUST is Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF DIONNE KERR A/K/A DIONNE R. KERR F/K/A DIONNE KERR A/K/A DIONNE R. KERR AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANT WHO ARE UNKNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN ARE PERSONS, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIONNE KERR A/K/A DIONNE R. LOT 1, BLOCK 31, OF RIVERWALK AT WATERSIDE ISLAND TOWNHOMES, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 92, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED. THE COURT, IN ITS DESCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(2), this notice shall be published twice, once a week for two consecutive weeks, with the last publication being at least 5 days prior to the sale.
