YOU ARE NOTIFIED that you have been designated as defendant in a legal proceeding filed against you regarding a Verified Mortgage Foreclosure Complaint. The action involves real property in Pinellas County, Florida, more fully described as follows:
Lot 12, Block 1, PECAN HIGHLANDS, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 12, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
a/k/a 2435 25th Avenue S, St. Petersburg, FL 33712.
The action was instituted in the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court, Pinellas County, Florida, and is styled Avail Holding LLC vs. Prince Lloyd; Dawn Lloyd, et al.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Vivian A. Jaime, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 2800 Biscayne Boulevard, Suite 500, Miami, Florida 33137; Email: [email protected], on or before MAY 10, 2021 a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Vivian A. Jaime, Esq. or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
The Court has authority in this suit to enter a judgment or decree in the Plaintiffs interest which will be binding upon you.
This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
